[1] Second stage screening and prequalification to use the application

[2] Where a Facebook login is enabled and used to access the app, allows for us to know more about the customer/user

[3] Operating under the principle of “The more information available about a user the better”.

[4] On the assumption that the app is able to override and change phone settings. For example, activate location of phone automatically.

[5] With luck, one of the destinations (Pick-up or Drop-off locations would either be a place of work or a residence or both.

[6] Access to transaction history could be relied upon to find someone who knows someone who knows where to find such customer, should need be.

The following constitutes the minimum requirements for an agent to register on the Tangkama platform.

3. Validated prove of age and residence[2]
4. Driver’s license (Class A – possession for more than two years an added advantage)
5. Have access to a hand-held internet device connected to the internet.
